Have you ever found yourself, just not yourself?
I mean, we've all been there sometimes, in a funk at work, relationships blah. What do you do though when your really having a hard time in life and going through something?
Sometimes in my life, and a few of my close friends, our life just doesn't go as planned.
The job, the school you picked for your kids. Your Marriage. What do you do and how
do you salvage/ pick up the pieces. When your whole life has just literally fallen apart?
I truly believe that there are some things that are worth saving, and others that you know
when you've just put all you've had into it and it's just, gone.
I've found myself in this very place a few times in my life. I joke I call myself a cat because
I truly have lived 13 lives by now and how I managed to make it passed the age of 17 is beyond me. Just ask my parents. They took out a life insurance policy on me when I was in HS sorry Mom and Dad ( I found it ).
In during this transitional times in our lives that I find hopefully you have a great support
group of friends. And if you don't find one. Leave your house. Go to the Gym, pick up a Hobby. Find a goal and work on it everyday because if you don't these problems can consume you.
This is a very personal post, but something I think we can all relate to at some point or another. Loss of a friend, death of a close family member. If you don't stay close to those people you can lose who you are. It's hard.
Find a therapist. And do yoga. You may drink for a while and cry alot, and that's okay
but then your going to have to pick yourself up again.
Life is a crazy thing and I know this is not like my usual posts but, I truly believe that no one comes into your life by accident, and you can be there for each other. We're all just on this
crazy path called life and if your lucky to meet people who love you unconditionally, hold onto those people and never let them go. Those are your people.
Enjoy your Thursdays lovelies.
Remember life's a gift. It's up to you whether or not you open it.
