I love cooking, I love the feel of waking up on a Sunday Morning in fresh sheets with the cold air blowing in through the windows. Snuggling back up in my blanket. And having my lil' goofballs running down the hallway into my bed. "what's for breakfast?!" J/k they were usually arguing. But, sometimes ;)
I was a party girl growing up. But I still loved to be fancy. ;)
Decorating tables, flowers. Fresh linens. My friends who I grew up with would probably think
I'm a total weirdo, like Caitlyn did that? Yup, sure did.
I love being a mom, and I love the domestication that comes along with it. Just somethin about it, Talk to me mid week by Wednesday tho, and I'll prolly tell you I'm on my fifth Xanax and may not make it 'til Friday. Balance.
So these recipes do not have to be for just kids. Roomies, gf's, your beau. ( I don't like bae. I think we're better than that.) I may look for some mimosa recipes now that I think about it ;) .... hmmm Brunches.

Carmelized Berry Waffle Topping
Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: 12 servings
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Frozen or raw berries ( I like the bags from walmart. ) They have assorted and are 2.99
sugar
half stick of salted or unsalted butter

Super Easy!
Recipe:
Melt butter about 2 1 tbs. until melted
add sugar
mix well until caramelizes ( bubbles)
add berries
bring to a boil then simmer over low heat until cooks down to a marmalade / jelly. Or reached desired consistency. Simply Pour over Breakfast!
Another fun way to make breakfast more colorful and healthy is by adding the fruit directly into the batter. Mix and match until you find one that you like! I've even tried apple slices!
I got these last year as a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Super compact and fun for 'lil sous. ;)
Happy Sunday's
