I love art. I eat. sleep and breathe it.
Growing up my mom had us listening to Chopin and Beethoven's 5th while eating dinner.

I secretly loved it though. She secretly implanted Something into my brain that I didn’t even realize I loved.
Part of motherhood is teaching kids what you love and know but also letting them come into their own and finding things out for themselves. It’s a balance for sure. Watching your heart walk out in the world is not an easy task.

My early love for the arts and theatre came from my Mother. That’s why I hoped after the weathers plans for rain cancelled our trip to a garden tour she would like going here.

I love the Everson. It’s here in my hometown of Syracuse New York. It was part of a huge skate scene growing up that my brother and his friends went to. I guess the stair sets were pretty cool.
Its evolved tremendously since then.
I think the demand and just overall desire for art
Has changed with certain ages. And we’re able to provide that now mainstream here. There was always an underground scene. But, if you didn’t know. Then. You were kinda out.

I love it here.
It was established in 1897 by I.M. Pei whom of which I love. He designed the the John F Kennedy Library as well as the pyramid at the Louvre.
Syracuse is known for some of its great architecture.
So, as much as I loved my morning at my house. Coffee. Breakfast in bed. Roses.
I do like to keep some things private.
I hope my mom doesn’t kill me ( she needs a hip replacement and I’m like hey! Let’s go walk around for 3 hours! At least we get to spend time together and I think that’s what matters most. Hope you all had a wonderful mother’s day. Love you Mama ♥️
Xo- Cait. ♥️💋
