I love the smell of fresh copper in the Morning...

So, we all know and love trends, what's my favorite you ask? Let's talk turkey, or at least what you'll be putting it in this year...

Right now and probably since forever copper has been a kitchen staple. So here are some of my finds this week that I thought you might all find interesting. And ya, ya, I know, it's not even Halloween yet. Just let me have this moment.

William's Sonoma's Copper Mini Copper Cocottes

Can we just talk about how cute these are? I feel like a kid at Christmas who got their first easy bake oven. We just started doing dinner parties again at our house, and on last week's menu was a stuffed Cornish Hen. ( recipe to follow in next week's post ) and after I saw these...

They are actual pans that can be used in the oven then straight to the table! So if your having a soup or lets say a pie you can take it right out of the oven and serve it right to your guests, Hot!

I can't even deal. You can't even get them online right now. They are originally priced at $109. but you can buy in store at 20% off at $79.99.

Your welcome.

So, moving on, but not too far.

Copper has always been around, but with trends, well, they come and go. Teflon and non stick are out. Cast iron however, like your moms bell bottom jeans are back again. Cast iron isn't anything new though. Teflon was a trend and if your serious about cooking and eating healthy, that's not the way to go. Cast iron will last long enough to give to your children's children. I have a cast iron pan that was My Grandmother's, from the 50's. Doesn't matter if theres a scratch on it. It's iron. Cleaning it is a breeze as well. You don't need soap or water, just heat the pan with whatever was left in it, pour some coarse salt in it and simply wipe the pan clean. It is probably the only thing you will buy in your kitchen that you will never need to buy again, except maybe a KitchAid stand mixer.

Plus, how Gorgeous are these?

I feel like it's jewelry for your kitchen. Icing anyone?

Another Williams Sonoma find.

I think at the price and size would make a great stocking stuffer. No pun intended.

Aside from Jewlery I think that's all I have for now, check back for next weeks post for some more recipes that you can include with your cocottes! 'Til then! x-CL
