Said the cashier as she swiped my last item.

My eyes grazed up above my sunglasses as I reached into my ysl card case to pay cash for my purchase.

“It’s for my home, actually. “

I stated.

She then quickly corrected herself

“Home’s too!”

I wasn’t mad. I laughed. She laughed.

Some man behind a bookshelf somewhere that we didn’t know was was part of the convo laughed. It was a good time.

So what do you buy at “smaller stores” and quite frankly. What don’t you? Because I furnish almost everything with them. You can find every single blog post / magazine shoot / instagram worthy object that’s in a background. In a blue box store. AT YOUR FRONT DOOR. Literally. Do not have to leave your house. That or even a thirty mile radius. There are so many great stores that offer looks and styles that I want. You may want. You do want but don’t know where to find them.

You also have. But don’t want your husband to find them.

That sorta thing.

So.

The girl wasn’t wrong. She just didn’t know how much farther those things could go...

And this is where I will take you. You can find EVERYTHING in these places.
