Oh Breaky how I love you. I have to say breakfast is by far my favorite meal. There are just so many choices and there's lots of sugar involved.
They say that you should eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper. The meaning behind this is that when eating larger meals in the morning your improving your blood sugar levels, and more apt to lose weight. So how do you eat a filling, protein based breakfast thats fast and easy? Look no further than your bread box.
When I first switched back to a plant based diet after eating that way mostly throughout highschool. I found I didn't know that many recipes, and without meat in my diet , I'd really have to substitute alot of protein in order to sustain myself throughout the day. My go to was a poached egg with avocado, tomato, and pepper jack cheese. Since then, I've found so much more.
If you start to follow vegan meals, or any clean eating profiles, you'll start to find there are alot of easy, quick meals that you can make on a week day that wont take up too much time. Here are some of my favorites.

Honey and Peanutbutter.
Peanut Butter has alot of protein that can keep you full longer, paired with the carbs in whole grain bread, you add some fruit and you have a well balanced breakfast that will keep you full until lunch time.

Ingredients:
Honey & Peanutbutter
Banana & Peanut Butter
Strawberries & Banana on Peanut Butter
